This Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date of purchase between Sarah Parrots 4 Homes (“Seller”) and the buyer (“Buyer”). By completing this purchase, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Parrot Information:

2. Purchase Price:
- The total purchase price for the parrot is £250, including any applicable taxes and fees.
3. Payment Terms:

- A non-refundable deposit of £400 is required to hold the parrot until full payment is received.
4. Health Guarantee:

- The Seller will provide the Buyer with all relevant documentation, including health records, care instructions, and any registration papers.
6. Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to a [Restocking Fee/Condition] and provided that the parrot is in the same condition as when it was sold.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
7. Care and Welfare:

8. Breeding and Resale:

- The Seller is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by the parrot after the sale.
- The Seller makes no warranties or representations other than those explicitly stated in this Agreement.
